Meet Josephine!

I work with motivated adults who are struggling with overeating that leads to unwanted weight gain, blood sugar and cholesterol issues. I help people gain a sense of control and confidence in food choices, reach their healthy weight, reduce medication and feel energized to live life to the fullest!

As we work together, we will focus on:

Gaining confidence in your food choices and finding the right portions.

Learning and mastering to be in charge over your food choices.

Putting a stop to the constant thoughts about what you should or shouldn’t be eating and ditch the guilt that come with these thoughts.

Enjoying food again!
Clearing out all the nutrition confusion and learn to best nourish your body to improve your cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

Freeing up your mind from overwhelming thoughts about food, diets and weight to investing your energy in living your life to the fullest!

Please note: My coaching programs aren’t appropriate for people struggling with active eating disorders (i.e. those who are engaging in dangerous behaviors such as purging, or those who are engaging in severe food restriction). If you have an active eating disorder, please see the National Eating Disorders Association for referrals instead.

Individualized Mindful Eating Approach

Creating real lasting changes take time! Think about all the years it took to develop your current habits which led you to be where you are today. That is why we offer 1:1 coaching programs starting at a 3 months commitment. Continuation programs or support are available based on your needs after you complete the initial 3 months. 

What to Expect from Our Nutrition Coaching Program: 

As a new client, enrolling into the 3 Months Mindful Eating Blueprint program will get you started strong with an initial session where we will look at where you are now, and get crystal clear on where you want to be and why. We will then meet regularly for follow up sessions for nutrition education, support and accountability.  You will also have access to a personalized meal plan, support via food journaling with helpful feedback, and unlimited chat support between sessions to keep your momentum going!

A word on Insurance: This program may be partially covered by your insurance if you have one of the following: Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Blue Shield of California, Medicare. Medicare only offers limited nutrition benefits to those with diagnosis of diabetes and/or kidney disease.

Once you complete our nutrition coaching program, there will be an option to enroll into one of our continuation programs to continue to have the support you need to maintain the changes and mindset shifts we worked on during our time together. Together, we will choose an appropriate continuation program to support you in the best way possible.
